We were given excellent assistance in what we were looking for as me and my friend were fairly clueless in what we wanted.

Carolina was fantastic in Southampton west quays branch. She was very patience and very helpful.

The assistant Madhurima made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. Her customer service skills were high and were one of the main reasons we chose to take the punt and take the bed.

we found the whole experience high satisfying , we were not pounced on as soon as we entered , we were given time to have a look before filipe approached us and offered us to try the selepeasy bed to see what bed was best for us... after this her took the time to show us a few beds then left us to decide but wasn't too far away so if we needed advice from he. after deciding the bed and mattress we waned the computer when down a few times but this wasn't a problem as all the stuff were very apologetic and work quickly using other computers to get us back on track.
