Carolina, the assistant who served us, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and she gave us all the information we needed, then left us to discuss our decision. The other members of staff were also friendly and helpful. The store had a good selection of products for us to choose from, all of which were clearly labelled with any information we needed

We did not know what mattress would suit us as we both have bad backs. Your assistant Tam was extremely helpful. He put us on your analytical beds then took us through our options. He was able to answer our concerns and offer considered advice whilst not being in the least pushy. He left us to try the mattresses as many times as we wished and readily answered our questions. The ordering process was simple and the £100 discount and free pillows was a bonus.

The shop was well laid out with plenty of selection. The test bed seemed high tech and recommended the ideal mattress for us. the assistant was delightful and very knowledgeable about all the products

We were greeted when entering and offered help immeadiately. Our 3 month old Abby cried the entire time we were there and the staff were friendly, understanding and even tried to calm her down! The staff were knowledgeable and not pushy and we had found what we wanted, bought and paid and left withing 20 minutes. Could not have asked for a better service from the team in Southampton.
