Absolutely amazing service. Really helpful sales staff

Tam was extemeley helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy.

We were served by Raj at the Southampton store. He greeted us as we came in, let us know he was here to help if needed and then left us to look around. When we did approach him to ask some questions he was super helpful. So different to the other two big retailers we visited before coming to dreams - they were a mixture of uninterested / confusing

quick and easy

We had visited the store a month or 2 before for a look around and were greeted by Tam who offered assistance and a cuppa. We then went back to order the bed and Tam recognised us from before, we had some questions regarding the mattress (best firmness, spring slats etc...) he was very knowledgable and gave us good recommendations. The store was clean and staff available if needed.

Rima was very helpful and listened to what I wanted whilst providing excellent advice

The sales person Filipe was extremely nice and understanding. He wasn't trying to push the highest priced item onto us but rather what suited our needs. Gave us time to look around the store without any pressure.

The time and patience Spent explaining to me the different varieties and characteristics of the tempur memory foam mattresses was nothing short of brilliant it really helped me decide which one was best for me and I am happy with my purchase.
