We did not feel pressured by Carolina, and she was extremely knowledgeable about all the products. We felt she answered all our questions honestly. Carolina left us to browse and she was at hand when needed.

Tam was very polite, professional and very easy to talk to throughout our visit and coupled with a great sense of humour made this a very pleasurable, if expensive, experience.

From the moment we entered your store we were approached by your representative Carolina who was knowledgeable and cheer full and could not of been more help full. We never went anywhere else for comparison or price and because of Carolina you have won us over with your name, team and product. Can you pass on our thanks to Carolina and the team and good luck in the future with your business endeavors.

Ran went out of his way to help us especially as we had to attend with our 2 small children! My only negative is the time we are having to wait for delivery otherwise A* All round.

The sleep sensor thingy was brilliant! Fillipe our sales persons was engaging, helpful and answered all our questions. He made the experience almost pleasurable, and we were feeling daunted.

Got to the store Dreams Southampton after a long day of shopping for new sofas and carpets. Walked straight in and was greeted by Raj and offered some assistance. Tried the diagnostic bed to work out which mattress I would need. Tried multiple mattresses to find the best fit for me. Raj the assistant who was helping us was very polite and found me a mattress I was happy with. He then also helped me pick out a bedframe, gel cooling pillow and mattress protector. Overall it was a brilliant experience real helpful staff and I would definitely recommend to friends/family
