Tam was great with us, not 'pushy' as a sales person, friendly and good humoured.

I was greeted right away by friendly staff who immediately advised me about what mattresses would suit me within my budget.

We were served by Raj in the Southampton store. He was friendly and supportive and helped us to find our perfect bed plus storage units to match.

Order placed & delivered in 5 days. Very happy

I was served by Raj who showed me the options available and explained the difference between them. He was very knowledgeable and also explained the difference in mattress types showing me a good selection of suitable options. There was a slight delay on delivery times for which he apologised and explained it was due to increased demand from Christmas and sales. I felt that he listened and understood my requirements and gave me the best possible options.

The members of staff, Filipe and Tam, acted very professionally, they gave us comparisons of the products, which helped us to chose the right product among wide options. Health and safety of the products ( mattress) was measured scientifically using the up to date technology, with consideration to user specifications, that enabled us to chose the product as if it was a bespoke product. Both of them were friendly regardless of the time we were doing the order, end of shift, all the explanation were thorough and they tolerated us while repeatedly trying to change our mind in our choice till we made decisions to buy the bed and the mattress, thanks to them

you should be extremely proud of your staff member TAM . He was very welcoming , helpful and friendly from the start . He listened to what I had to say and then showed and talked through the beds that were recommended taking time to explain the difference between them . There was a bit of a mix up on the order ( my fault entirely) and Tam went above and beyond to sort it out for me which I’m very grateful for . Tam is a total asset to your store and a credit to your company.

We we're approached by a helpful & knowledgeable assistant (Carolina) who guided us in the right direction as regards a suitable mattress. The whole experience was easier than expected, so far very impressed
