The Dream staff that attended to me was highly professional, warm and knowledgeable. She took her time to offer me variety of products within my budget and the be very precise Chloe's customer service was flawless.

The staff member was very knowledgeable helpful and friendly, which helped me to quickly decide on what I needed.

Chloe in the Southampton office greeted me and I needed assistance straight away and thats what I got. She totally listened and understood exactly what I was looking for. She had great knowledge and wasnt pushy or salsey at all. Tam the Manager was exactly the same. After I was refused credit I came back after getting a loan from my bank and Chloe wasnt in the shop however Tam was. I just feel bad that the commission wont go to Chloe...shes just returned to work after having a baby so it would have been nice if it went to her....but this apparently happens often. They both went over and above in helping me, even down to getting wifi connection as my phone was playing up! Great customer service which is a rare find in the UK these days....I'd recommend this branch to anyone

Really good service from Tam - knowledgeable, friendly - and not pushy - resulting in a purchase when we were initially only browsing.

Carolina was very helpful from the minute we went in to the store, she understood what we were looking to achieve straightaway and gave us plenty of options to explore using her knowledge of the products, she wasn't pushy which can put us off from purchasing, very happy with the service we had today. She was friendly and approachable, great job Carolina!

One of your employees Chloe on the southampton branch was excellent explaining all the products, she was very kind, helpfull, and very knowledgeable about all the services and characteristics of the products also explain very well all the offers at the moment, and she made the selection process more easy for me. i would definitely recommend this branch to other possible costumers.
