Carolina was extremely friendly and helpful on our first visit and explained how the sleep match system worked in a clear a professional manner. Whilst trying out beds in store, we did not feel rushed and Carolina was very knowledeable about each model we tried. When we returned to purchase our mattress, Tam was our rep and was very clear and helpful with our pricing plans. Really can't sing his praises high enough during the interaction would like to put on record both Carolina and Tam's friendliness and professionalism.

We went to dreams to find a new bed and mattress for our new home. Rima was very attentive to what we were looking for and have us lots of advice about the products we wanted to look at.

Our experience at Dreams in Southampton was excellent. We were served by a very pleasant and understanding chap called Filipe who was knowledgeable and understanding of our needs, without being too pushy. All the staff were very friendly and we were extremely satisfied with our purchase. First class service all round. Thank you.

Greeted straight away when I entered the store. On first impression there was tpo much choice, it gave me a headache. But with hed knowledge i got exacrly what i wanted. No hard sale. I explained what I was after, she knew exactly what I was talking about. She showed me the 2 choices of colour. She listened. I had exactly what i wanted within 10 minutes. Very impressed with delivery times. She encouraged me to try the bed out. She gave me pillows to try which were excellent. Completely satisfied with the excellent service I got. I am doing up a bedroom and some of my other experiences have been very poor, this was excellent. Well done rima

The sales assistant Rima was excellent! She acknowledged me on entering the store but she didn't pounce. I was blinded by so much choice, that I wanted to leave. But she was so friendly and very quickly she had worked out l what l wanted. The best service l have has in a long time. Well done Rima.

Filipe helped me at the store. He was very kind, courteous and helpful. It was lovely dealing with him and probably be back to buy a bed soon.

I was satisfied with the service given and the time and knowledge given by Carolina.
