Tam helped us a lot in understanding our needs and explaining all the different mattress options that we had for my wife's back issues.

The salesperson knew her products really well and pointed me in the right direction when I told her my needs. She was very attentive but not pushy

On entering the store we were greeted with a smile from chloe which put us at ease and could ask the questions we wanted to know about.chloe was very professional and new the answers strait away.would definitely shop there again. Well done chloe genually a lovely person.we were given tea too.

Chloe was welcoming and extremely helpful from the moment we walked through the door. She was knowledgable about all the products and not pushy. We were given plenty of time to test the beds and make our decision. Everything was clearly explained to us.

The colleague that helped me make my purchase, Rima, was excellent. We used the automatic device to chose the mattress and based on the outcome, I was shown several mattresses that would be best for me. I was given plenty of time and help to make my choice and the process was friendly and efficient

Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The bed and mattress look of good quality and really looking forward to the comfortable mattress arriving. We opted to get help with assembly and removal, which I'm glad were options.

We were approached by a helpful guy called Thomas (tam) on his name tag- he made us feel at ease listened to what I was saying i needed, he wasnt pushy in the slightest he just offered what he thought would be best - once we used the bed calculator machine at the beginning he took us to good few mattresses we could try. Not only that we had a 2 year old with us and he and other staff members was super friendly with her and Just an all round great guy. We went with what I call the more expensive choice and he gave me my options clearly. The whole experience was good from start to finish even down to sitting down and completing paperwork - the whole store just had a friendly vibe that couldn’t do enough for you. Very happy.

We were greeted by your representative Filipe when we arrived at the store. Fililipe assessed our needs and showed us mattresses that would be suitable for us. As a Salesman he had an excellent manner, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. We placed an order and look forward to receiving our Tempur mattress. Many Thanks John & Anne.
