Your colleague, Chloe, I do believe??? She was running the entire shop, completely on her own. Even though she was busy with customers prior to us, ( my partner and I ), she was conscious about not ignoring us. As it happened, we took over 1 hour to make our choice of beds, so, we weren’t too bothered by the situation. When Chloe was free, she came straight over to us and apologised for the extensive wait. Her knowledge and enthusiasm, ultimately helped to secure our purchase, of nearly £4000 in your shop. We both agree, that Chloe should be praised for her commitment, and that she should not be left in that situation again. We are wholeheartedly looking forward to the delivery of our very grande bed.
