Extremely friendly, efficient members of staff.

Achieved aim of purchasing new mattress & 2 additional for children’s bed. Didn’t feel pressured into purchases but given advice & guidance.

I found the staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This was important to me because I was making an important decision to make a (for me a big) purchase on my own. I felt I was in a safe environment to make my decision.

We went to the Southampton Branch and was served and assisted by a lady called Ruma. Ruma was so friendly and helpful with a warm welcome. We knew what size and style of bed we wanted but not mattress type etc, she supported us to use the machine to find out what sort of mattress was best. Whilst this was working she made us cups of tea, once the results were in she showed us all the recommended options. She took us around to try all the recommended mattresses and try them out, pointing out the differences and costs, with any current offers. She explained the whole process about ordering and when it would be delivered and payment. Although the bed we saw online when initially looking at options wasn’t available she found us a fantastic alternative. Ruma was absolutely fantastic!

We were both very happy when visiting Dreams,Roger the sales person made us feel welcome when entering the store he had a lovely personality and was very knowledgable about the products. The ordering process was straight forward,Roger explained everything from ordering to delivery...Yes very happy lovely man..

The lady serving us (Rima) made us feel very welcome, she was friendly and made our experience personal, remembering our names throughout our visit, helped us to purchase exactly what we wanted and was very knowlegable.

Very helpful staff

I visited on the spur of the moment as i needed to think avput a new mattress. Staff were really helpful without jumping on you for a sale or making you feel pressured. Chloe was really helpful and clearly knew what she was talking about. I used the Sleepmatch device which was great. I ordered a new mattress and was impressed with the short lead time.
