Excellent customer service, support, impressive process for identifying the correct mattress type and very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

We were acknowledged very quickly by Chloe. Her product knowledge was excellent. She first found out our requirements and then advised us regarding suitability. We were very satisfied with our visit.

From walking in the door and being met by Chloe we could not have had a better service. We explained what we were looking for and we were immediately taken to choose what we were after. After deciding on our Purchases we were even given a cup of coffee whilst the paper work was being done. Chloe was a very efficient and pleasant person.

We were greeted straight away by Becky (Southampton branch), who helped us find the perfect mattress to suit our needs. She was patient and attentive and we left the store extremely happy with the service she provided.

Staff were well informed and able to answer our questions. We had a good choice of mattresses and found it difficult to make a final decision.

The assistant advised me of all the options available in a logical way. When I explained that the bed was for a spare bedroom for occasional use, did not try to push me to choose more expensive options. She provided PPE to enable me to try the bed for comfort. This all made the purchase a very pleasant shopping experience.

We have needed to change our mattress for some time, our current one is over 8 years old. After visiting a rival furniture first and not feeling it, we tried dreams which was recommended by a friend. We shouldn't of wasted our time with the first location as we would have spent more time enjoying the bed we did eventually choose. From start to finish the the experience was a delight. Becky greeted us and introduced us to Joanna Page (her voice at least) while we were analysed but the super machine. With this information Becky showed us a number of beds which matched our results. Spending the time with Becky was like being with an old friend, she was very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Giving us some genuinely useful advise in how to choose a matress. We didn't feel rushed or coerced into making any decisions and the entire process was very organic.

The lady that served me, was not pushy, knew her stuff and let me decide. She was very good, very effecient, with a great friendly manner. Having worked in retail understand the importance of good customer service, this young lady delievered
