Rima was very helpful, I was met on entrance to the store and directed to hand sanitiser and offered water. I was only looking for a mattress so I was asked for my price range and shown mattresses which would suit me. I quickly found one for me and proceeded to payment.

The employee, Filipe, was knowledgable, friendly, and very helpful. I have never had a shopping experience that easy and positive. He understood what my partner and I were looking for and went out of his way to help. The products we brought were reasonably prices and excellent quality.

Chloe was welcoming, responsive, and explained everything clearly - from the PPE to the mattress choices, materials and construction. I found her incredibly professional, competent and welcoming. The store was quiet, clean, and well organised.
