We booked an appointment on line, on arrival, we were greeted and asked for our names and to please use the sanatising liquid available, we were offered water and face masks. Rima was our assistant and we used the bed to take our measurements and advise what mattress would suit us best, Rima gave us protective head and foot towels to use, which we took with us while trying different mattresses. At all times Rima was professional and extremely helpful
