Chloe who was the sales assistant at the store was highly professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy (which always makes me shop somewhere else!). I had no pressure and was afforded all the time I needed without feeling watched or ignored. All other store staff seemed highly professional and friendly too. Also Chloe and others approach to social distancing was superb.

We were served by a little lady called Chloe,very happy cheerful and outgoing so much so that you felt as if you known her for years.Very knowledgeable as to the mattress and bed I required due to a very bad shoulder I have.Could not have been more helpful with options available that would at least help my condition.She did not try and push a sale on us....but as she was so kind,happy,cheerful and very very knowledgeable,we came back the next day and ordered a mattress and bed for over £2500. Wish all sales staff were like her....VERY WELL DONE AND THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DID FOR US CHLOE!

We were served by a little lady called Chloe,very happy cheerful and outgoing so much so that you felt as if you known her for years.Very knowledgeable as to the mattress and bed I required due to a very bad shoulder I have.Could not have been more helpful with options available that would at least help my condition.She did not try and push a sale on us....but as she was so kind,happy,cheerful and very very knowledgeable,we came back the next day and ordered a mattress and bed for over £2500. Wish all sales staff were like her....VERY WELL DONE AND THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DID FOR US CHLOE!

We visited dreams to look for 4 beds and mattresses, Chloe remembered us from our previous order and instantly took us under her wing, she was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us choose exactly what we wanted. We were not rushed and were made to feel safe and well protected with covid. Chloe was not pushy at all and made us feel at ease to make our choices, Tam was also very helpful and friendly. A really great team and would highly recommend
