We were welcomed upon entering and The procedures in place for dealing with Corona were explained and excellent and we felt very safe. The Dreams bed test was a fascinating and useful tool too. Mainly though it was the assistants knowledge of the products and she listened to our needs and previous experiences. She spent a lot of time with us talking through the options (although there weren't many for Very Firm) and explaining the differences. She also knew when to leave us to lie on the beds and discuss things. Really experiences with staff make or break and the staff here really made the difference for us.

Sima was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. She only showed us mattresses in our budget and didn't give us the hard sell. We bought the first one we tried.

Chloe who was the sales assistant at the store was highly professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy (which always makes me shop somewhere else!). I had no pressure and was afforded all the time I needed without feeling watched or ignored. All other store staff seemed highly professional and friendly too. Also Chloe and others approach to social distancing was superb.
