Staff member Becky was friendly and greeted us. She was helpful while not being pushy or salesperson-y at all. We didn’t feel rushed and she tolerated (even seemed to enjoy) the presence of our toddler who was happily complicating the process. We came in for a mattress and left with one ordered, job done. Also interest free option for finance was attractive to us.

Becky assisted us through our purchase decision. We were offered drinks and guided through a variety of product. My only criticism would be it would have been nice to have a few moments alone to discuss privately.

The lady sales assistant was knowledgeable and friendly throughout our visit, she also spent time ensuring that we had full choices of beds to suit our needs. We were also offered tea and coffee while we made our choice, that was most welcome in this climate and did not hesitate to accept. Thank you for her complete attention

I was very happy with service and help I received from Becky she was so good at helping me choose my purchase even offered me a cup of tea while explaining things I wanted to know about my bed ect.

The product I wanted was in store, the lady that helped me was very knowledgable and helpful . Order was placed within 5- 10 mins of being in the store

Quick efficient service. Assistant was knowledgeable and accommodating. The item was reduced online and we phoned customer service who amended our order accordingly. Brilliant service on the phone too.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable colleague Chloe who took the time to understand our needs and put us on the dream expert analyser bed so we got the best mattress for us. Colleague was not pushy allowed us to reach our decision and warned us about stock availability as item on sale so we could make informed decision that was right for us. There were a lot of hygienic and covid measures in place still which is refreshing to witness after visiting another bed store competitor.
