The staff really helpful and friendly especially from the first greeting, there was no hard sell to buy the product and they genuinely wanted us to have the right bed

The sales assistant (Rima at Southampton store) was quick to offer assistance, found out my requirements then left me for a while to browse. Very good advice on the mattress too. Hygiene standards were very good in store, was also offered cold bottled water, was a very hot day. The order and IFC was processed efficiently. Great service and excited to receive my new bed and mattress.
