Rima was very friendly, helpful and new what she was talking about and straight away sorted out for us to try three beds that she thought we be for us. All three were good. She made us feel at ease. I feel Rima really likes her job and this comes across in spades. I really don’t feel comfortable sometimes around Sales persons, but I never once had this thought with Rima

Very cheery assistant, understood my needs well and only showed products outside my original budget when requested. Not a pushy salesman and made the experience very easygoing.
