Very friendly greeting when entering the shop by Roger. He made our bed assessment very easy. Rima talked us through a range of 5 mattresses and when we were uncertain which one to choose she talked through her extensive knowledge of each product until we were able to decide. Rima also conducted the finance agreement with us. She was informative, professional and gave us as much time as we needed whilst discussing options. Overall I was very impressed with the product and service provided.

Rima was very friendly, helpful and new what she was talking about and straight away sorted out for us to try three beds that she thought we be for us. All three were good. She made us feel at ease. I feel Rima really likes her job and this comes across in spades. I really don’t feel comfortable sometimes around Sales persons, but I never once had this thought with Rima
