Dreams - Southampton

I'm chronically ill, and the staff member (Becky) was extremely accommodating, lovely to talk to, and very understanding. I use a cane to help with my mobility, and I have been met with some unpleasant comments from staff members from other shops before (not Dreams), and Becky commented positively on my cane which was a really nice change and definitely appreciated! She made a shopping experience I was dreading into a completely positive experience, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied.

Good and quick service with very good customer service and really easy to talk to and gave me great information on the product I was purchasing and helped me out to which one I should buy. Also Made me feel really happy with my purchase as well and I felt I was spoke to with respect and curiosity. So I want to really say thank you dreams

We were met by Becky who fully understood out specific requirements by the numerous questions she asked of us. Becky then got us to lay in the 'Dream bed which through its program profiled both of our sleep positions and posture, once completed this gave Becky a full understanding (together with the questions she asked) of what type of bed would suit the both of us. After trying the beds selected we choose the perfect bed for us together with differing pillows to compliment our individual needs. We also needed a new bed frame but with space to store spare bedding. Becky once again came up with a perfect solution and after examining and testing the product we purchased an Ottoman which also complimented the colour scheme if our bedroom, thanks afain to Becky. We were both throughly impressed with Becky for her professionalism, product knowledge, interpersonal skills and the manner in which we were dealt with from the time we entered the store to the time we left. I cannot thank Becky enough as we were thrilled with the package we bought which was a win for both us and Dreans. Nice touch with the coffee. Thank you Paul

After I explained to the manager what I was looking for he quickly asked one of his colleagues to cater for our needs. Becky the assistant had great knowledge of the products along with being very accommodating. Our experience was wonderful and made us feel relaxed.

Becky at Dreams Southampton was very helpful and knowledgable. Offered us tea and coffee when we got there, and was very efficient in finding us what we needed.

I came in the week before and wasn't even greeted. We walked around and no one spoke to us. No walked out annoyed. We popped back in and Harriet was straight up out of her seat welcoming us with a friendly greeting. She asked us the basics and got us onto the dream machine, so we could find our perfect mattress. Once completed she took us around the store getting us to try each mattress that was selected. This made the whole process so much easier as I like a firm mattress but my partner likes his soft! We never felt rushed. We finally chose the one we both liked and Harriet completed the sale for us. I am a firm believer in great customer service and if it hadn't been for Harriet, we probably would have gone else where!

We enjoyed our shopping expedition at Dreams very much. The staff went out of their way to look after us and find out what our needs were. We were offered refreshments and our bags were looked after whilst we explored the delights of the "sleep machine" and then tried out various recommendations. Rima (?) was extremely polite, efficient and keen to find us the right bed at the right price.
