The lady Rima serving us in the Southampton store was the most friendly, approachable, kind and informative sales person I have ever encountered. She made the purchase of a bed a whole wonderful experience, really listened looked after us and made us feel valued as customers. She really was fantastic and we would love this feedback to be passed on to her manager
