The assistant that served us who I’m 99% sure was called Becky was brilliant He knowledge of the products was really helpful and she was able to pick both mine and my other halves pillows which were spot on first time we even tried swapping pillows but soon swapped back lol She was in no way pushy either which for us is a big pit off when buying
