We had booked an appointment, and there was someone waiting for us when we arrived, he was very helpful. He answered all my question in a very knowledgeable way. We chose the bed quickly from the choice given. Very painless for someone who does not like shopping

Arrived at the store after doing some research for products on line. Served as soon as we entered the store.... hands sanitizer ready... social distancing etc explained. Told server what I’d looked at online.... he recommended one I hadn’t looked at that was the same price..... got paper towel for mattress and pillow... laid on bed... absolutely perfect! Sold. Really knowledgeable man, very friendly and great sense of humour.

Told server what I’d looked at online.... he recommended one I hadn’t looked at that was the same price..... got paper towel for mattress and pillow... laid on bed... absolutely perfect! Sold. Really knowledgeable man, very friendly and great sense of humour.
