My husband visited the shop the day before and was assisted by RIMA who was unhelpful and assumed that he would want the cheapest matress and only showed him beds at the lower prices. He ignored her and looked around himself. We went back on Saturday and were assisted by TAM who was extremely helpful

We were very satisfied. We already knew which bed we wanted to order and came to the shop to have a look at it. The bed was not in store to view but the person who dealt with us immediately called another store to ask for pictures, as there were couple of specifications we wanted to check.

I received an email saying I had bought a mattress from a Southampton store when I live in Newcastle. I haven't even got a bed I'm so poor

Shop service was EXCELLENT; delivery team were polite BUT When they arrived they parked their vehicle in such a way as to obstruct my neighbour's drive, and the driver seemed confused when I asked him not to obstruct their access. At the second time of asking he repositioned the vehicle, but still obstructed the access. I asked them if they wished to see the room & access to it before bringing the mattress in - they declined. On bringing the mattress into my house I noticed that they were holding it such that the long edge was parallel to the floor ('lengthwise'). I advised them that as there was a difficult corner at the bottom & top of the stairs, & a sharp turn into the bedroom, and that my wife & I had brought the old mattress down easily, by holding it upright. They ignored this & struggled on. At the top of the stairs I again suggested my way, & they again ignored me, knocking items over & drying washing onto the floor. After they had gone I found dirty fingerprints on the mattress & on my flock wallpaper, which will now have to be repainted. One guy never removed his working gloves. I have photos of this damage. I am seriously NOT happy with the delivery service.

When I entered your store in Southampton on the 24/03/16 I was distressed as I had to purchase a single divan as my wife you is now disabled is having to sleep in a special bed. We have been married for 45 years. Lynn your assistant was so helpful with all my needs. She helped with all my purchases and gave me a hot drink. I left your store very satisfied with all the purchases that I made. I will always go back to that store in the future, thank you Dreams for such good service

The only issue was cost of delivery.

After entering the store on Saturday 12th September and speaking with sales advisor Dom who was rude & not really prepared to negotiate a deal on tranquility matteress & manhatten bed, I was told the items were already in the sale so that's the price. I went back into the store on Sunday 13th & spoke with Ash who was able to give me free delivery & duvet with pillows. Whilst sat completing paperwork Ash was approached by Dom saying I was a returning customer of his & the sale should be put through in his name & then asked me why I didn't purchase with him the previous day. He was so unprofessional after leaving the store I noticed I was actually charged delivery so called within half hour of leaving the store Ash told me that head office would need to process the refund so he would call them on Monday. I had to wait 3 weeks for this after several visits to the store & several phone calls to customer service. I will not be using dreams again my experience has completely lacked customer service & professionalism
