Always reluctant to give the highest ratings but in reality some of the aspects of the experience proberbly were highly satisfactory

Was disappointed that the free delivery isn't available when buying in store and I feel that the collection of my existing mattress unnecessarily high as they are taking place at the same time.

During our visit we were being assisted by a seller. We were talking in our own language and another seller also spoke our language so we talked with her, saying that it was good to meet people from the same country, nothing major. The seller that was assisting us said we shouldn’t talk in our own language inside the store, that it’s against the rules and she couldn’t understand what we were saying so it wasn’t fair with her. Up to this point we were happy and we had decided to buy the mattress but if this happened before we wouldn’t buy anything. We felt very embarrassed, this had never happened to us in two years living in the U.K. Afterwards, the seller tried to explain herself and be nice, but it we couldn't be back to our normal selves. We only wish the sellers are more prepared to assist people from other nationalities respecting that in this countries there are a lot of foreigners and sometimes we feel more comfortable speaking in our language specially when we meet someone from the same country. We are not going to get the mattress the day we need, but it looks like a really good mattress. We wouldn’t come back to this specific store though, giving what’s happened to us.

This is the 3rd bed shop I’ve been to, each one is over pushy with sales.

product damaged probably whilst loading or on previous lorry or loading bay before drivers went to unload item they quickly organized for someone to set-up of replacement being delivered on Saturday 7 - 9 - 2019 8 - 10 am.

After phoning customer services after exceptional poor service at the fareham store I was told there was two of the products I wants at this store and that they would hold the items for me to collect however on collection there was in fact only one available. The staff were all very nice how ever I did feel at one point they thought I was lying when I asked for two to be reserved they seemed to honestly think I only wanted one.

The sales woman didn’t really want to talk to us, she just wanted our money and wasn’t interested in our replies to her questions about why we were shopping for a new bed! Don’t see the point in her asking in the first place if she wasn’t interested in our answers.

Desperately needed a new mattress so went to the local store and saw you sold the rolled mattress so thought it would fit in the car, chose which one we wanted paid for it and at that point was told sorry the mattress was stuck in the holder as the wrapping was ripped when it was put in the holder and the mattress was completely stuck and was then told couldn’t have another one delivered until this Friday so very disappointed
