I am quite conservative in my outlook, so I do not lavish praise in general. The lady who served me was friendly and knowledgable, as well as enthusiastic and charming. We found the right headboard, but I was disappointed we did not find a matching divan. In the end we selected two items that looked good together. We rejected the pillow offer, value at £40, but could not get an equal value off our delivery, which is what we would have been delighted with! We were given £20 off the delivery instead. I am glad I chose Dreams in Southampton - your customer service advisor made the experience pleasant and worthwhile.

I didn't find the layout of the store as warm and homely as we had in some of your competitors, and we have a definite requirement and hope that the product we have purchased is definitely what we need. We have just had it delivered so we will see but we will be very upset if it is not what we needed. The fact that we purchased from you is we have the 40 day trial.

The chap who took the order forgot to ask whether I wanted old mattress taken away, when I mentioned it he said he couldnt add it to the order and I would have to call the next day and he would order it. I did that but was told I needed to come in. I live in Bournemouth but had to go to Southampton store?!? I went in the next day and placed the order for mattress removal. Did this with a different assistant who chewed gum throughout and seemed to be uninterested in his job. O and I noticed that the price of the mattress I had ordered had been further reduced. Dissatisfied with customer service, will order online in future.

Bit too much pressure from staff.. Didn't feel like I was given enough time alone to make a choice. Was just a little too over attentive. Also layout of the store is a bit confusing as you have all sorts of mattress mixed together... Would of preferred to have all similar ones together.
