Mattresses we're higher priced than other places we have looked. Chose to buy due to practicality with delivery with bed and discount due to ex-show mattress.

We were greeted by an assistant called Lynn, she was extremely helpful and explained a lot of things to us when we entered the store, however, when we were trying out mattresses and trying to have a discussion between ourselves, she kept interrupting and made us feel quite awkward at moments. It felt as though we were being given the 'hard sell', and if we weren't desperate for a mattress, we may have left... But her product knowledge was very good and she was very quick and helpful when we were placing an order and paying etc.

I couldn't get my mattress delivered on the day I needed, instead a day where I'm working so will be cutting it fine if it isn't delivered before 4pm.

Nothing specific. Your Sales people were really friendly and helpful, not over pushy, but in terms of value added you are not as competitive as your peer group in the area of delivery cost which is 50% more and similarly in terms of disposal of old mattress where you are similarly poorly priced. I also found your web site poor and difficult so pre sale almost stopped us visiting you. Similarly this is the 2nd attempt to fill in your survey as the first time crashed at the final question!
