Only reason was having to wait for the Assistant to get back to us. She got distracted by an old couple, we choose to await her return, the assistance name is Lynn.

Bit pricey and sales a bit pushy but I needed a bed and the product was what I wanted so went with it

We're never going to get the quality we want for the prices we have to pay and today everything is too expensive, though that is not only your prices.

On the whole I was satisfied with the service, I would have been highly satisfied if dreams were able to deliver the bed and mattress quicker

We initially spoke to a lady called Rima. She was pleasant but too quick to "pounce on us" and came across a bit hungry for a sale. She was pleasant and polite but a bit too eager we felt. As she was with another customer at the time, we went upstairs and had a look around, but there wasn't really anything in my budget. I then spoke to Lynn where I explained my budget and what I was after so she went online for me and found an absolute bargain. She knew the product exceptionally well and when she announced the bed price to her colleagues, she was told by Rima that the price was incorrect.. Lynn then calmly and politely corrected her. I was very impressed with this. I then said, I'd like to buy the bed but as soon as I did, Rima took the Lynn to one side and although I couldn't hear the conversation, it was clear that she was effectively telling her that the sale was hers! It was a little awkward and I felt bad for Lynn, who, quite frankly as the one responsible for the sale and she really should be recognised for it. I would like to say that Rima was great entertainment throughout though!

I paid a lot more than I was hoping to pay for a single mattress. Last time it rolled up and I took it home with me but this option appeared not possible and i'm having to wait until the end of November and pay £39 for delivery!

From when I first entered I was immiditly asked if I would like any assistance , and I found your assistant was very helpful helping me to make a choice for what I required .i was then helped with the paper work and told when I can expected date of delivery thank you very much and I am looking forward to my first nights sleep.

I was satisfied with my shopping at Dreams , there was no proplem, I knew what I wanted and the assistant was very helpful

Overall was very good experience but system was a bit slow and thought this could have been a bit smoother

The sales person was very kind and gave us all the attention. But not much time to think through and make decisions. The sales person was overly keen in selling items a bit too much...
