Service was excellent. Dom helped us find a bed which suited our needs and budget. Despite we had a very small budget, he was able to satisfy our criteria.

I strongly object to paying delivery charges for expensive items. On this occasion, delivery charges were given for free by the store when it became evident that I would not purchase the item if delivery was charged for. Dreams should have free delivery as standard practice.

The sales rep in question was very hard sell and made as feel rather pressured to make a decision quickly despite the fact no one else was in the store and it was hours before closing time. She did not listen to what we were looking for and just kept tell us to buy what we didn't really want

Prices online are more competitive in store. This does not encourage people to visit the stores. Delivery charge of £40 is excessive.

I wanted to take the bed away. That wasn't possible I was told. The bed cost £99 and delivery was £39. Manager stepped in and said it would be free. Secondly the assistant couldn't tell when was the earliest it would be delivered as I don't actually live there at present.

My first option for headboard was not in store. Only on line. Always good to look at furniture before you buy

The range of bedroom furniture was not on display in the store. However, the assistant pointed out another range which he told us was from the same manufacturer and the same quality and also provided us with photos of the range in the brochure. He also immediately alerted us to the fact that most if what we wanted was on a delivery delay of about 10 weeks ex works but the bed and mattress could be had within a week or two.
