Having to by the tempur matress protector to get cover for 15 years, thankfully the cost was taken out of the matress. all that money spent and they cant provide a guarantee without more moneyn

The store was a bit cramped.

Clearer pricing giving a combined mattress and bed price would be great! It would also be great to indicate the exact price of the bed on display then perhaps put other options smaller so that you can easily identify the price of what your looking at.

Every customer has different needs and although the sales staff were very good l knew what l wanted and did not aquire assistance and found myself being polite, but your staff were very helpful even though l feel l didn't need it ,just a competitive price.

The staff at Dreams Southampton were very helpful and friendly. Me and my wife choose a bed and mattress at a leisurely pace with Martin on hand to offer advice. We were a little disappointed to miss out on the sale prices however that was our fault and not Dreams. Once we made our choice the ordering process was very easy.

There would have to been exceptional staff, vast range of product (over all types of mattresses) which where not restricted to Dreams only versions, to give the top rating. The "up to 50%" is very deceptive, like all other companies, but there are very few options with that available. I do think the 40 night, change option, is a great selling point, as laying on a bed, even for 10 minutes is not the same as overnight.

We were wanting to try a Hypnos mattress. We traveled to the Dreams store in Southampton from Salisbury after the Salisbury branch told us that "dreams sell Hypnos matresses but only larger stores display them to try. The nearest store to salisbury that displayed them was southampton". When we got to Southampton they did not have any available to try. So our disatisfaction was due to the fact we could not try the bed that we wanted even though we went there on the advice of dreams staff from the salisbury branch. Having got past that we decided that we would try out the rest of the beds in the store, got good assistence, found and purchased an alternative that we liked.
