I felt the sales assistant was helpful but not overly competent on the computer system which made me worried that I was not getting the right product. I felt the sales assistant was quite pushy. I was trying to think over the purchase I wanted to make but she kept talking etc. I felt the delivery charge I feel I had no option other than to pay is extortionate.

Cleanliness-didn't check everywhere, could not see any dirt. Nowhere is satisfactory clean! Processing invoice and payment was slow, I am thinking wifi connection? I walked in I was helped immediately bought what I wanted no nonsense. Not really there long enough to be highly satisfied! While there I was happy and satisfied. No complaints!

I'm never "Highly Satisfied" with anything until I've received and used the product or service - that's not a negative reflection on the High Standard of the service I received. I'm quite happy...so far!

I don't enjoy feeling as though someone is trying to push me to buy or spend more - this wasn't too much of an issue here but definitely a sense of it. Also the desk we sat at to make the order was very untidy and looked unprofessional.
