The only reason for that was because there was a sale going on, I could not locate someone to help me explain the difference between 2 mattresses I was very interested in. I waited quite a bit before I could ask a staff to provide some assistance. Though I had also made my decision quite quickly on which mattress I wanted to purchase, I again had to wait awhile as there was no staff available to deal with my order.

Sometimes the sales team can be a bit pushy although overall we're not too bad at dreams.

I believe that to be a Satisfied Customer is a high recommendation. To qualify for a "Highly" recommendation would require an addition to the good service that has been received, eg the provider to give additional service over and above that normally expected, such as offering say a personal delivery at the time (within an hour) and day a customer requested.

After choosing both the bed and mattress we would like we asked about what to do with our old mattress and bed frame, kindly you offered the delivery men to takeaway both mattress and bed frame but it will be a cost of £39. We thought that was fair and agreed only to be then told there is a delivery charge of another £39. £78 for delivery so to speak. I did quibble this with Eddy, our assistant and because he wasn't management he told us he didn't have the power to offer any discount even though agreeing when I asked for a £39 discount. I didn't talk out of turn, I genuinely felt buying the bed and mattress, your staff should offer incentive for us to return in future whether it be the £39 charge you make people pay for for getting rid of old beds and mattresses when you are already receiving a £39 delivery

I would have liked to have been able to try out more mattresses in the store, because of the stores smaller size the mattresses of a more affordable price which were available online could not all be tested in store. I was also shocked at the very high price for delivery and removal of mattresses, I would have expected that because the van and delivery staff are already there cost could be combined and therefore reduced.

Whilst Tam was very helpful and the product great we were looking for 2 new bedside tables and asked if he could offer a deal, unfortunately he couldnt as we had free delivery. I would hope that the free delivery was a norm after how much we had spent, shame really as we would have spent more money with you!!

Me and my partner were looking for a bed and needed some time alone, we asked for 10 minutes to look around and within seconds the lady was back so we didn't really get enough time to just explore , she was very good at showing us the accessories but knolwege of mattresses available was slightly limited
