Dreams is a reputable establishment to which the public expect a good experience with the staff, products etc.

The shop was very very busy, hence there was a delay in getting served, but I did understand the situation.

No particular reason, was just satifised overall

The assistant entered the incorrect details into the system when processing the transaction and it took a long time to fix the issue

I did ask if perhaps the manager may consider throwing in a seteam of pillowsome with the price of my purchase as good will but was rejected.

The bed I was first interested in was not available from the shop !

Staff were excellent, just felt that they needed a little more experience.

I think that the exchange guarantee could be improved particularly if you have bought an expensive mattress and choose a cheaper mattress the difference should be refunded. Price promise you should be able to apply online. Change delivery online function did not work properly

I appreciated not being constantly followed and given information however a couple of times I had questions and was unable to find an available team member.... still very satisfied overall.

As stated previously there were comatability issues with bed bases and head board which we found limited our options. We also felt a little rushed and noticed conflicting information being given between different staff members which gave us the impression that someone must be being dishonest.
