The store we visited only had a limited range of mid priced stock, compared to your website . We did feel as if the store had more of the higher end products available to test and given the current economical environment with the average consumers budget being tight, we felt slightly less valued. The team in the store were very helpful and it was only the store selection that contribute to this feeling.

Staff in store are unable to offer similar discount to match online cash back option available through , e.g Topcashback. Customer is therefore faced with option of viewing items in store, testing mattresses etc but then have to order online to achieve best price.

I was the 8th August at the store and it was supposed to block my slot delivery on 17th until 9th August morning so that I could think about it on 8th evening. However, when I finally ordered my items on 9th, my delivery was placed to 21th the earliest as 17th was not available anymore.

I came to the store at the evening and we agreed to book a mattress and divan, but before making the final decision we wanted to think about it during the night and final place the order at the following morning. The store responsible told us that she would book our item to be delivered the following day we were entering to a new unfurnished property. The problem was that when we finally decided that we were happy to place the order, this time slot was not available anymore, so the bed will arrive one week later than expected making us sleeping in an airbed. It is not so bad considering that we'll be out during the weekend. I would recommend to place your order with enough time to have it the day you need it, for instance, 2 weeks before at least.

The sales assistant was very knowledgable and extremely helpful, my only critiscism is that delivery time is not quicker.

Website a little misleading about opening time! The heater in store was very warm and uncomfortable Staff were great, coffee was good. Not far short of highly satisfied !!

Mainly because computers had crashed, so took quite a time to resolve, also the item selected had been discontinued but staff hadn't been informed. The gentleman attending to us was very apologetic, and did his utmost to help us, thank you.
