Dreams - Southampton

Felt the pricing cards not clear on the beds & ended up paying more than thought. Also think as u spending loads of money choosing a delivery window should be free.

Everything was great, just think £138 is quite expensive for just two pillows, this incl 20% discount to.

The delivery is two weeks after the purchase date. That's a long time to wait, companies are doing same day or next day deliveries.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and we felt that we were under no pressure very relaxed

I have as yet not received the product, it is not due to arrive for another two days so can not comment the full service and product quality. The service in the shop by Chloe was excellent I am highly satisfied with what I can comment on at this time.

We were able to bu6 a bed quickly which met our requirements. We looked up on the system which was th3 bed we bough5 a few months previously and ordered that but in a different size and wi5h a different spec ie base, drawers and headboard. We were the only ones in the shop so received the Assistants full attention.

We were put under some pressure to buy a more expensive bed and to purchase the 8 year guarantee. I thought that the price of the bed was a bit less online. The assistant made assumptions that the bed was for both of us. We were hoping to be able to have it delivered sooner.

We knew that we wanted to but a memory foam mattress and we were pleased to know that there was a good selection. We were pleased with the recommendations which were given by our assistant [Tam] and decided to buy our new mattress based on his recommendation.

I was very satisfied - Tam at the Southampton store was brilliant. I have only not put highly to everything as I feel the price could still be a bit better and also the term for the repayment could have been longer.

Few more options would have been handy!
