We spent an awful lot of money and were offered a free pillow to sweeten the deal. I asked if we could have 2 pillows, one each each, and was told no. Disappointing as we spent just under 2k

Delivery time on website was within 5 days. Actual delivery time was much longer. Cost of additional extras was excessive, e.g if I wanted to specify am or pm delivery it would cost an extra £24 - this is outrageous when prices at Dreams are at the top end of the market. I was expecting a top quality service for the top money I was paying. When it was explained that warranty (other than legal minimum) was extra, I felt that I was getting a budget service while paying for a high end product. In the past I have bought beds/mattresses from John Lewis (in the same price range) and have received a much higher quality service

The bedstead was not in this store, I only saw it online so I can only HOPE it is as good as it looks and of good quality. I purchased the additional protection for £80+ and was told that with this I get a 'free' mattress protector worth £40. However, that one wasn't in the store and I was informed there was no way of knowing when it would come in and was only told this once I agreed to go with this 'offer'. The mattress protector I was given is worth £35 and isn't as nice at all.

I was very satisfied with my visit! A new guy called Ryan assisted me, so yes he was a little bit slow but that's understandable! I wasn't phased by this, he did a great job.

To give highly satisfied the service and product has to be 100%. I have not received the bed and mattress yet so i can't comment on the product which is linked to the service in the store. If the product is 100% when we receive it and use it then the mark will change.

On reflection, I cannot think of anything that was not of high standard, but there is always room for improvement.
