I was generally satisfied with my experience at this store, the assistance we received was good and the member of staff was friendly and helpful and appeared to be knowledgeable. There really wasn't much they could do to improve my experience other than perhaps offering even a small discount given the high value order we were placing.

I was directed to a particular bed rather than shown the price range, although the assistant new it was a guest bed.

I went to the Southampton store, looking for an EVE double. I was told they didn't have one in store and told that it could take up to 3 weeks for one to be delivered (because of the bank holiday). And was told to phone on the day on the next delivery on the chance there would be one of the truck, I phoned on the delivery day to be told that I could have ordered it on the first time I went into the store.

Whilst employees were helpful to the detrimentof Dreams it was not easy when asking for assistance for the old mattress tob be removed from the bed to an outside area. At 86 I am unable to carry a double mattress
