I found the number of extra costs unexpected based on information given on previous visits, for example the high cost of recycling the old mattress, the mattress protector which I thought was free.

The sales assistant was very pleasant, but slightly more 'pushy' than I would have liked. I realize that its a difficult balance, but personally I would prefer a less 'in your face' approach.

More technical information on the mattress would have been appreciated.

It took ages to get through on the telephone but they did apologize for being budy

I would say the delivery time can be made better.i ordered a mattress and a bed frame. The bed frame was available in 15 days but had to get it delivered with mattress availability which was further later. Plus charging for delivery on Saturdays is also not justified it should be a built in service. Also , i was quoted £40 for bed assembly and when i said no immediately was given 50% discount on this. Felt a bit weird with all this

All staff did as I would have expected it is near impossible to be highly satisfied , buying a bed and mattress is a fairly stressful event , we were in the store for over 2 hours !

The colleague was helpful but it seem to be pressured to buy and the appearance of the colleague was somewhat strange but very friendly and helpful. The look of the person could put people off it wasn't a very professional look for a salesperson.

When we realised the item was available for viewing as it was an online product only we asked about the returns policy if we were not happy with the quality or comfort of the product. We were told that we would be unable to return it.

No real issue thought everything was well catered for to be highly satisfied would probably depend on cost Overall very happy with the complete service provided
