Staff member was brilliant and kept apologising for such a long delivery date

It all felt too rushed. I struggled to work out what was being added to the order (insurance, extra bedside table, etc) and how much the extras were costing.

Technical problem with card machine when paying deposit which took quite a time to resolve

The products were in my view still expensive considering it was a sale

Since I was only buying a single mattress and I have an estate car, I had hoped to take it away with me. It was only available for delivery with a 10 day wait.

Possibly felt we could have gotten a better deal on price

I was highly satisfied with the service and experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had assistance straight away. Very knowledgable and experienced. Also Tam was very helpful and also got pillows with the mattress too which I was looking for. So very satisfied. Just need my mattress now to hopefully get a better night sleep and no back pain hopefully.

There wasn’t a huge range of your products to view. We would like to have seen one of your fold up beds. However, Caroleena, who assisted us was very helpful and showed us items on line.

No particular reason

The assistant was knowledgeable but she was very confusing. I only think she was interested in the sale or commission. I ordered a king by mistake. No one answered the phone in the store so I had to make a visit to change my order. I left a voicemail and no one picked it up.
