I felt that it was hard to understand the difference between some mattresses and that there wasn’t a huge amount of stock - and there were some beds from other shops that weren’t available at dreams. But overall it was a good experience.

The item was not in stock. I was certain that this was the bed frame that I wanted but was not able to touch it, see it, or look at the quality. The staff at the store knew exactly which one I wanted and asked me which colour.

I went into the store with a specific idea in mind of what I was looking for. The gentleman who served me listened to my needs, told me the mattresses I had on my list were not suitable, and showed me some excellent alternatives. They covered a variety of price ranges and he was able to answer all my questions confidently. He then gave me a pillow so I could try them out at my leisure and never disturbed me until I was ready to make a decision. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive one in the store, he didn't use gimmicks, he simply listened to what I wanted and gave me the best options that met my criteria. I ended up taking far less time to make my decision, and I ended up buying the more expensive mattress that he'd shown me simply because I'd been given the time on my own and realised how much better it was on my back. The only issue that I had, was that I found information in the store was lacking. I couldn't get much out of the signage such as composition etc. There seemed to be various things dotted around but nothing coherent.

Because I had to add additional items to my previous purchase. We brought a mattress and made the purchase then after we had done that we decided to also by a bed. However this meant it had to be added to our previous purchase. This took a phone call as the 20% discount wouldn’t go on and to date I still don’t have my updated order summary. I was told it would be sorted the next day (25/01/20), however I called the store that afternoon to be told it would be done Monday (27/01/20) as they had to email the finance company first and they had to wait to hear back from them. So I am hoping this is done by then. I like my paperwork up to date
