there was only one lady serving who was dealing with another customer which was fair enough so we waited .the manager and assistant manager returned from doing banking and proceeded to serve another customer that had just walked in store even though he see us waiting and the other man just sat behind desk and didnt even acknowledge us when the lady was finished she helped us

No reason, it was fine. I was just not blown away. There is a lady that works there who I find a little pushy and abrubt.
