The sales lady clearly had a specific order in which to show the suggested products. She knew we wouldn't buy a certain manufacturer's product but showed one anyway. Her technique (I blame the company procedure, not her) was designed to goad, rather than show.

The customer service was excellent especially the person who served us just a shame we could not be given a delivery date just a rough guide of about 8 weeks but was informed we would be notified by text the day before delivery

Very good service but felt slightly rushed to purchase. Would have liked to be shown the mattresses and then some time to spend on our own going around to try out others to make sure we chose correctly.
