I was dealt with quickly and efficiently and bought the goods I wanted, arranged delivery and was out of the shop in 15 minutes.

Staff were very knowledgable and friendly. The advice given was constructive and relevant and we were given as much time as we wanted to try out as many different types of mattress as we wanted. We only wanted a new mattress but we were so impressed by the products and service that we bought a new pillow as well. The fact that Georgina was able to allow us to select the mattress of our choice, being on hand to offer advice and assistance as needed was a telling point for us. No one tried to persuade us in one direction or another and we were able to make our own choice of mattress only being guided by staff when advice was asked for. Overall a very comfortable and refreshing experience. The staff are well suited to their roles at this store.

As,already stated in survey, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Covered all our questions, dealt with quickly, but without feeling rushed or pressured into buying something.

Lynn the dreams assistant seems to know her stuff. I have taken advice from Lynn and hope she's right.
