Fantastic service, quick to help and understand the needs of my budget.

I didn't like the colour of the bed and Rims explained the choice of colours available as an option, which I wasn't aware of and informed me I can change the original head board as I didn't like it.

We were served by Dom who was polite, friendly and helpful. He spent time showing us various options, designs and different quality products. Although the service we received was excellent, there was another lady in the store, who interrupted when Dom was serving us without an apology for excuse me - rather rude. We won't return to the Portsmouth store in future as we do not live in the area, but Dom is an asset to you!

Sales assistance was extremely helpful and knowledgable, gave us time to think and come back did not feel pressurised

Saleaman was very helpful and not over bearing gave us time to disscuss between ourselves but on hand to answer any questions.

Dom the sales assistant was extremely knowledgable, approached me in the shop, but was not pushy. I left the shop to compare prices and products in a nearby store, all the info Dom gave me made it clear for me to compare. The service in the other stores was not as good, and delivery times nowhere near as good as Dreams. So we returned to purchase from you.

Rima the sale person was excellent in knowledge of all aspects of the store and availability of furniture, her personality and helpfulness was brilliant.

Ash was very pleasant and understood our needs. He gave us plenty of time to decide and did not attempt to pressurise us.

Lynn was very helpful and knowledgeable about beds and mattresses which was handy as I had no clue what I was looking for and I am very happy with the choice i made and look forward to the goods arriving
