Great Customer service.

My assistant (Madhurima) was extremely helpful; she remained with me throughout the visit answering all my questions with an honest answer. Her knowledge of all the products was next to none she dedicated her time to me and I was a very difficult customer with specific needs; plus I had three children with me which didn't bother her or the other staff. I felt the my time in the store went beyond just the purchase; we spoke after for about 15 minutes about her/my family history. She was very friendly and I felt like I had known her for years! I would highly recommend not only Dreams, but also Madhurima to all my friends and colleagues. Madhurima went beyond her call of duty; I felt relaxed and throughly enjoyed the visit/purchase. Thank you.

The sales assistant was amazing she pampered us and was extremely knowledgeable friendly and helpful. We only went in to browse she helped us so much we decided to buy.

The sales assistant Gopi was extremely helpful. We were wanting to combine a bedframe and mattress and so wanted the best competitive price that Dreams could offer us. He took my phone number and as soon as his manager got back from lunch rang me to say that they had an available mattress in store which was ex demo which he could do at a good offer price. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied.

I was most satisfied by the customer service, not pushy, just right with the amount of contact time and directing me to the product I eventually bought, while also offering a number of different options. Very friendly staff, even offering a cup of tea as the store was quiet while we went through the purchase.

While looking on line, it was hard to really see what the quality was and of course, there was no-one to answer my questions. On line, dreams seemed to offer the best value. I wanted to but a divan base from a shop so I went to my local dreams store. On entering, the staff were warm and friendly. The gentleman who served me was knowledgeable, friendly and offered me a range of products in my budget. He explained everything before I made my purchase. Concerning the amount spent, I left feeling I had made the best choice.
