On entering the store we were warmly welcomed by Riva, who offered us tea and coffee. She showed us the full range of beds and invited us to try the Sleep room. She was very knowledgeable about the products and tailored our purchase with our needs. Fantastic customer service. I wish all stores were the same.

Dom our assistant/adviser showed us a variety of different tempur beds and discussed the right bed that he recomended for our needs. He was very friendly and efficient.

After explaining what we were looking for the sales assistant showed us a selection that would meet our requirements. He answered our questions confidently and aided us in choosing the best option to suit our needs. When we made our purchase all options were given to us and a (quick) delivery date was arranged. The delivery staff were right on time and took the goods directly to where it was required in a friendly and very efficient manner, all in all our purchase was excellently managed.
