From the moment we entered the store we were greeted in a friendly, professional manner by Chloe. Our needs were assessed and bed coverings provided to enable us to try out the various beds within the recommended range for our shape, size and body weight. We were left to discuss between ourselves what we thought, and ended up purchasing the mattress we had ruled out, before we had tried it! The payment process was very quick, and delivery was to be in 5 days time, which is excellent.
