Very patient and helpful staff

The staff member who served me was amazing. She knew exactly what I wanted/needed, within my budget and was very friendly yet professional at all times. It was a pleasure to go in to store as I had previously decided to shop online, but very glad I changed my mind.

Rima was very knowledgeable & helpful. She showed us all the bedding options available & took her time to explain the finance. There were lots of displays which was helpful.

The staff (Rima) had knowledge we needed and was supporting us during our visit at store. Showed us different mattresses and pillows and we had plenty of time to try and see which one is better for us. Gave us an offer for overall purchase. We are very happy with our purchase.

Pj was great at understanding our needs and price range - he ensured we tried lots of mattresses even though we liked the second mattress we laid on. This ensured we had made the right decision.

The Assistant, Lynn, was not pushy but very friendly, helpful and gave plenty of advice. She also invited us to try out any of the beds which we chose. All in all, a very good experience for the first time I have ever been to a Dreams store.

Visited the Southampton store for the first time (previous items bought at the Chandlers Ford store many years ago). Lyn the sales assistant was very informative, I looked at several beds, tried several, listened to her information, went home researched online, made a decision and returned a few days later to make a final decision and chose a new Beaumont double divan, plus Newark headboard and arranged a suitable delivery time. I was made aware of the 40 day if not satisfied guarantee. Also that for the delivery charge that the delivery team would assemble the bed where it was required and leave ready for use. All in all a good experience in a local store easily accessible to my home. I would use Dreams again.

The salesman Dom was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable but he was neither pushy nor aggresive.
