Dreams - Southampton

I purchased a mattress from dreams early last year and due to a change in circumstances I have needed to upgrade to a larger bed. Not only was the service I received last time from dreams exceptional, the lady who assisted me this time (Lynn) remembered me. She was very attentive and helped me find the right mattress for me, but also didn't hover around when I just wanted to try the mattress peacefully. The ordering was very quick and easy, and choosing my delivery date for when I needed it was great. All in all a great experience and a pleasure to buy.

Lynn was extremely helpful especially as I forgot my glasses and couldn't read the forms on the computer!!! she then showed me all the items on a very large screen.

Upon entering the store I was greeted by sales advisor "Dom", he listened to my requirement's & led me to the products within my price range & my personal specification. I was very satisfied with his advice & made a purchase immediately. I would definitely shop here again & recommend to friends & family.

Rima was very helpful from start to finish, making us feel at ease to try each bed. Her knowledge of each type of bed and matress was amazing.

We needed to be absolutely certain of the products we were buying as we ship them 8000 miles to the Falkland Islands...very difficult to exchange or return! Dom looked after us perfectly and ensured that we took away the bed and mattress that suited 1st our requirements and 2nd considered the distance after delivery and that then a change of mind would be difficult to manage.
