Dreams - Southampton

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams because of the understanding and knowledge that the salesperson, Lynn, had at the Southampton store. She was knowledgable in explaining the products and did this in a way that we understood. As we spent a lot of money in the store we wanted to make sure we were making the right purchase and Lynn made us aware of everything we needed to know in order to successfully decide on our first bed and mattress. We will ensure that we visit dreams again on our next visit and may even buy the rest of our bedroom furniture from there for ease of service. Thank you!

We were served by Dominic who was helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. The couple of things he was not sure about he found the answer too immediately. He made the whole shopping trip very enjoyable and we have now ordered just what we were looking for. He and his colleague are a huge improvement on the staff that used to work in this branch, who were pushy and imposing when you wanted to look around at leisure.

The dales lady Lynn was really helpful.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the products, but didn't put any pressure on us to buy certain products. Also didn't rush us.
